Headlight glare after coating windscreen

Having recently coated my Windscreen and side windows using CarPro Forte.. I find myself really struggling with glare from dipped beams of oncoming cars at the moment. Even with a clean screen, the oncoming lights seem very intense... so much so it’s making driving difficult!

I did three coats as per the instructions and the rain does flow freely off the glass but is terrible glare normal for screen coatings?

The “stars” coming off oncoming lights are really large and it just feels different to when I’ve been driving before the coating. Is this normal?

If it is an accepted side effect of coating, then what would be the best method of removal if I chose to go that route?
