Ah very good idea. I can just get the experience whilst doing it I suppose. I will look for a business course then. did you do one?

No mate just learned as I went along, but just keep practising on your panels that's all I can say. Detailing is an art, so it's important to find what works for you and then practice your technique which is very important.

The first stages of detailing is all about preparing the car ready to be detailed (machine polish) if that's right then the rest is made easier

Welcome Harryboi and respect - actually choosing to visit an experienced detailer for a couple or three days would boost your skills tremendously - money well spent and probably a lot cheaper than a theory course. There are quite a few very experienced pros on here. Which county do you live?

Pride and joy. very very light swirls on her so should be pretty straight forward. just need to buy some IPA.

Have a look in Gallery - The Studio for examples of professional work there is also a list of DW supporters professionals so you can either stay local or have a few days away visiting a pro who will instruct you. If you intend going pro I would recommend finding an established pro who will accept you for a few days. Unsure if you need a certain number of posts before you can post in showroom
