Not updated this in a while.
So I managed to get some bilstein b14 coilovers for the Clio last month and fitted them the day before Christmas Eve. They have made a massive difference in the ride and handling. It's not so crashy on the road anymore and handles great.
So after those were fitted I fitted a mocal oil catch tank. As the breather filter was just spaying oil everywhere.
Then it was time for wheel alignment had the tracking done and -2 camber on the front just find this improves the handling.
So Christmas Eve I took the Clio across Dartmoor for a blast.

So all that's really left to do is wet sand the paint and get it looking mint. When I get time away from fixing cars.

Also gave it a wash and glazed then waxed.

Looks absolutely spot on, always had a guilty pleasure for these cars, love a good blue and the wheels set the whole thing off!

Think it'll look even better with the headlights restoring (Ive previously used the Meguiars kit that attaches to a drill and comes with sand paper and it was great) and the paint wet sanding.

This is one very fine example here. I love the blue and after owning a standard 1.1 Clio as my first care I always wanted one of these but sadly I never followed up on it. In my opinion they are one of the coolest looking hatchbacks of recent years.

Thanks guys. It's the colour that I really wanted. It took a while to find the right car.
