Small bottle of water and clean cloth for emergency poop removal - but if at all possible warm water on a cloth and left over the top to soften it up. I've used warm water from a motorway services before...

A decent sealant will work well, a ceramic coating would work very well. Something like Wowo Crystal Sealant would probably be the best 'cheap' product.
