RC041/042 Refub.

Hi all,

Been looking to get my wheels refurbished, was hoping for some recommendations around the Berkshire area. I have emailed a few companies but some state they wont split them due to the nature of their construction and some just fail to get back, suspect for same reason.

Thanks in advance,
Ryan

They're about as easy to split as splitrims come, I.e they're not proper split rims! Undo the nuts on the back and give the face a few love taps with a hammer and block of wood in the centre and it will drop out of the barrel. You don't even need to remove the tyre if you don't want to.

None of the usual split rim issues of needing gaskets and/ or sealants to make sure they hold air when put back together.
