My K2 lasted 4yrs and was still going when I passed it on.

Bought a Vax 2500w PW for less tha £100 in the Vax sale and that is still going strong after some serious use over the last 4yrs but I picked up a K4 Full Control for a decent price recently and love it.

It's a quality machine and runs quieter than the Vax.

I've a C110 that's still going strong after 6 years use. And a lot of use. I think I've replaced one little O ring on it. Can't think why you've lost 3 Nilfisks, maybe just bad luck

Proves you don't need to spend huge amounts.

Ill agree with both of these as my K2 is still going strong im sure that 12 years old,
Ill just say though that 12 years ago they were prob built to a different stranded i believe.
The culture with alot stuff i tend to buy now has this disposable culture, use throw it away buy again

Maybe! Although a few others seem to have had problems too.
It was three different faults so maybe I was just unlucky!

I was actually going to comment similar when I posted. Unfortunately it's like most things these days quality was better in the past but due to cost cutting, quality of parts etc things just don't seem to last now
