Removing Black Marks

Hello,

Anyone have any suggestions on how to to remove these black marks.
I used megs apc at 4:1 and also a magic sponge on top, still cannot get these shifted.

They look like trapped seat belt marks. Try the APC again with a soft nail brush as the Magic sponge won't sit in the indents of the door card.
