i still need to use srp and hd wax for the review but will be done in febuary when the weather is better
Yes, a deeper finish for sure. You can really see it when you do a side by side comparison with HD Wax, it is quite striking. Durability is comparable with HD Wax, I think 6 months is ok in anyone's book. It is ok to apply over SRP or good on bare paint.

I love HD wax.
How much is the new wax?
And is it the same size tub?

Just found it for £55.

As much as I like the old HD wax the price always put me off... Gutted the price is now even more.

Not sure where the price is justified.

How much wax do you get in the pot in grams? The packaging etc looks lovely. Not tried the old one but could be tempted by this.

Seems to me to be a fair price considering it is a better wax than before and will last for years.
Best not look at the waxes that Mitchel and King sell as you'd $hit yourself

It's a shame you didn't design the pot so you could store the applicator in the top of it when not in use.

The RRP is £55 but in six months the actual street price will settle at more like £44.99 or whatever.

I had the original HD wax years ago for much less than RRP and I still have the pot now.

Is this a winter or summer wax. I have just bought some BH DSW, so could potentially be my summer wax of choice.

I do not think its a good idea to store the applicator in the top when not in use as it may soak up oils from the wax into the applicator and so dry out the wax
over time.

ps maybe autoglym can chime in here with an opinion
