2014 Black Sapphire VX Corsa Paint Correction

Hello,

I have started to correct the paint on my corsa yesterday with not bad results using a rotary and some cheap waffle foam pads along with Megauirs Ultimate Compound followed by Ultimate Polish. I've not had rotary in my hands for at least two years but for the pads I had, the results were surprisingly good.

Although results were great I could still see some light swirls in the paint after I finished the quarter panel. I mean very very very light and no holograms at all which I was very happy with considering the quality of the pads but I would still like to get it as perfect as possible.

It's now 2018, back in the 2015 when I did rotary polishing for one of the valeting companies we used Farcela or Menzerna compounds which I think are quite outdated (might be wrong).

So after some research I'm even more brain-washed as there is so much pads/compounds/polishes available.

I was looking at hex flexipads (CG doesn't seem to have the small ones for spot correction). I'm sure that max that I need is medium cut pads/compound and anything that is heavy I just wet sand out as there is only a few of these deep into clear coat scratches on the car.

But on the other hand Revitalise Kit from AF seems great value for money and has everything in it, then all the Megauirs 101/105/205 and all the different systems like Chemical Guys etc

Any suggestions what will be the best combination to go for?
