Cleaner before sealant on PPF?

My car's paint is 100% PPF covered. I'm planning on applying Sonax Polymer Netshield on it.

The plan: prewash, wash, solvent decon, iron decon, clay mitt, Gyeon Prep and finally Netshield.

Now the question is, with the PPF, is it necessary to do a round of cleaner (eg. Lime Prime Lite) after claying and before Gyeon Prep? On just normal surfaces I'd of course use a cleaner but with PPF is it necessary? Obviously I don't need the polishing effect of it but does a cleaner offer additional cleaning action after full decon and claying?

Thanks for your thoughts on this.

An IPA wipedown just to ensure a good bond is a good idea
