Barret Jackson Auctions

Don't know if anyone can answer this but i'm heading to Vegas in September this year and the Barret Jackson auction will be on whilst i'm there

https://azure.barrett-jackson.com/Ev...7-955d082ed4c5

I would like to experience it and I can buy a day ticket at a reasonable enough price I was wondering if anyone has been and any advice.

I'd heard there's a public area where you can see some of the cars which is mainly what i'm looking for i'm not overly interested in the auction but it would be good to get a wander about and see what cars are going up for sale.

Does anyone know what the ticket would give me access to I can't seem to find any informaion on the web. I did email them but got the VIP response who were kindly offering to seel me a VIP ticket for a couple of grand

Wow. Some absolutely stunning metal there. If I'm ever back in the states, that would be a cracking thing to do!

A few stand our for me, the late 60s Camaro in yellow - I have a photo of me standing beside one the same in Toronto in 1980. The Bandit Trans-Am with the wedding veil is very, very cool. The Bullitt Mustang I just want.

And I absolutely love the little Mater pick up. That's a little beauty.

Cheers

I too over 200 pics cooks I'll try and load up some more at some point.

It's definitely something I'd recommend. I've just missed it the past couple of year but this year my dates matched so no way I was missing it.

The bandit trans am was owned by Burt Reynolds he was supposed to be appearing at the auction so after he passed they're still auctioning some of his cars. They had the red trans am from Hooper along with the sheriffs car from S&TB along with the pace truck from Cannonball run. The bullet mustang looked great I'd seen images of it and wasn't sure but up close it's very nice.

The mater truck went through the auction for $30k .....

Those trans-ams would be a fantastic set to have. Do you know how much they went for? I'd love to have any of those Burt Reynolds cars tbh, sadly I have neither the money nor the space lol.

Definitely fire more pics up, I'd love to have a look through them.

Cheers
