Dogs pinched the turkey 🙈

Wife cooked a (£45) turkey crown and we had my parents round for dinner. Used half with half planned for tomo

Dogs spoilt to death with full xmas dinner and several of their own presents

Popped to inlaws in the afternoon with said dogs who again are spoilt.

After such a hectic day for them we took them home at 7 and popped to my parents for a late buffet assuming the dogs would soon be fast asleep

Upon returning home we found this......

Turkey all gone (sliced and no bones) a tub of lemon/jam curds all gone, every treat they’d been bought and a bag of my wine gums

And the culprits.......

Partly our fault as we’d left them on the side in the kitchen I know for a fact it was willow (the red one) as wispa can’t reach the sides. But I’m sure she helped with the spoils of war

Haha they are clearly very remorseful too by the looks of it!

If they are anything like our dogs, they eat till they're tired as opposed to full!

If I let my dog in the kitchen it'd have eaten the turkey before emptying the fridge.

Came down to pretty much the same this morning, one of ours, and I have my suspicions (he's a bit of a pig), had had the foil out of the bin and was all over the kitchen floor tiles this morning.

He went out the back door for morning wee's with a (slight) tap on the a$$.

Dogs, gotta love 'em.

I can see the funny side buddy and it is funny but are the dogs ok with what they've eaten?

Dogs are susceptible to food poisoning on so many levels when eating foods meant for humans.

Hopefully they are ok.

Well, that's disgraceful - have you not trained your dogs well ?

I mean, they've not even had the decency to tidy up after themselves, what would Barbara Woodhouse say !!!

The last 2 photos did make me laugh, I could image them watching a re run of Only Fools and Horses

On a serious note, do hope they're okay today
