New car (to me) first detail

With the wife away in Edinburgh for the weekend, I was able to indulge myself and spend the afternoon (ok most of the day), detailing the new (to me motor);

I had waved goodbye to my old motor a month back

Decided it was time for something a bit more practical, but also fun... enter

Only had it a month, but so much more fun to drive..

Anyways started with

Started with cleaning the door shuts with a some Koch chemie shampoo (won't be getting again as can't stand the smell!)

Before moving onto a snowfoam bath with AF avalanche

Dwell for 5 mins then pressure rinse off, followed by a two bucket wash left

Cleaned the windows with Koch chemie glass cleaner after a DI rinse and dry with AF microfibres towel.

Then took each wheel off to clean out the barrels and seal with AF mint rims

Not forgetting to clean up the exhaust tips with AF mercury polish; all left me with

Thanks for looking

I've just bought a year old Passat with those exact rims.

Had an A4 before and was unsure if I could go "down" to a Vdub...oh how wrong was I.

Not sealing/waxing body work? Glass seal? C'mon man lol
