Most effective pre wash

Hi. As the weather gets worse, which pre wash/snow foam do you recommend as the most effective at cleaning not lsp safe and lsp safe also at both a low price and high price? Thanks

Best (in my opinion) and cheapest is Koch chemie green star from Imran and in2detailing.

It's about £5/litre and works very well at 1:10, so in theory you'd get 10 litres for £5ish.

I'm not sure the OP is wanting other brands as he's posted on the AS page.

I may be wrong but I don't think it's best practice to suggest other brands on a Sponsors page.

AS Active XLS - More cleaning power

AS Ultramousse - More foam

Both great products, AS Active XLS foams really well too

AS Hazsafe is a another great pre-wash - use it on your alloys too

You would need to contact your local franchise for prices as they may differ

It isn't obvious with tapatalk, as you normally just hit 'new posts' and the forum particulars isn't the most obvious.

The best one i have tried, is Nanolex Pre Wash. Im yet to try the Koch Chemie, but if its anything like their other products then it will be fantastic also.

My AS re recommended using a mix of Actimousse and Duet as a sprayon/ leave/ PW off non-touch winter wash. If you already have decent protection on it seems to work quite well, I just have to agitate the wheels a bit to get some of the brake dust off.

It was 2 duet to 1 actimousse to make up the usual level in your lance, so if you usually put 100ml of product in that would be 33ml actmousse and 67ml duet roughly. I go about 1/3 of the way up, then dilute with water and off you go. You might want to vary it depending on how you find it.
