Not delevering

Ordre some items and one were not in stock even thoug the site said it were.
They then said they send it to my But that over 1 week ago. And now i dont get an respons.
I will never use og recroment the company agian.

CYC are a pretty decent company when I've used them.

Maybe a call to them instead of posting an almost ineligible comment on their page may get you a better response.

I dont What to pay the money to call them because im not in the uk.
I sent Them mails asking for money back But no response.

I first afsked Them not to send me the items and Cancell the order. But they send 2 items anyway, and i should pay for the return. Not good service.
