you're making a song and dance about this aren't you? just give them a call or email directly as they've said above they are rather busy.... you banging on about it every day on here isn't going to make it quicker

Im pretty sure they wouldn't go out their way to upset you mate.

I've used these guys three times now. Each time it has been perfectly packaged on time to the point pretty precise if you ask me.

Really Can't see the issue if you have ordered something they would have sent it now if you have cancelled it when they have already sent it that can not be helped can it?

it is possible packages get lost happens all the time

IMO its only been 48 hours since you provided your order details and complained about towel still not turning up.

You have to understand that your not in the uk and the usual quick and perfect service you get from CYC in the uk may be delayed by shipping, customs etc at your countries end.

48 hours in my opinion isnt a long time to wait for something especially given that your not in the uk.

As already said, CYC are running a business and i am sure checking detailing world every hour of the day is the last thing on their minds.

I would drop a direct email into them or give them a call and chase it up.

But in my opinion Tim and the guys at CYC are brilliant so this missing towel will be on its way to you im sure, just caught up in transit.
