What pads and compound for my cars

We have a new 4 series bmw in mineral grey which has very light holograms in the paint so it needs a machine polish, wax then seal.

Also have a new to us golf in white which has some heavier holograms and marking from poor washing, so it's in greater need of a matching polish, wax and seal.

Can anyone recommend what pads and compounds are best for the above?

As above, if you have pictures of the defects I'm sure you'll get some recommendations on pad/product combo

As above pics may help. BMW and VW paint is generally quite tough, whereas my Jag paint is soft as butter. I use Scholl S20 or S30 on German paint and had good results with either Hexlogic orange (cutting) or white (polishing) pads. Alternatively Scholl pads are also good too. When you say wax and seal, put wax over a sealant but not the other way.
