Clean slate

Morning all,

I'm looking to deep clean my car which was applied with a few coats of different waxes etc over the summer to experiment. Now that I have found what I like, I want to deep clean the car and prep it ready for the winter months.

I have been looking at CG clean slate or the Meguires wash Plus+ to strip back to the base layer.

Any reviews of the above or any other product that I should be looking at?

I have used clean slate, it is decent

I used it for the purpose you stated above, and when cleaning friends cars for them ready for polish/wax.

Only issue I found was I needed a stronger concentration than it stated to get it to work

A good wash using your favourite car shampoo and usual decon products followed by a wipe down with IPA or Panel Wipe then follow it with a polish.

That's what I'd do. I use Bilt Hamber Cleanser Polish, I have also heard Bilt Hamber Cleanser Fluid is real good to removing old LSP's instead of traditional IPA or panel wipe.
