Of the 3 shampoos that autoglym offer now, are any safe to use in direct sun? I’m constantly fighting the sun atm, and marks left by baked on shampoo can really slow me down!

I would wash a panel at a time before rinsing. Autoglym don’t recommend letting any dry on the car. A DI vessel is an awesome addition to the final rinse.
