I’d go for the new autoglym uhd wax it’s been getting great reviews and is a solid all round wax with great gloss. Around the 30-40 pound mark but will last you a good couple of years

A glossy combo that I had on the channel recently was Wax Planets Duragloss and Polygloss. I'd argue that you'd find it easier to use and glossier than the fk. It's cheap as chips too.

I am almost out of my old formula Autoglym HD wax so thinking the new UHD will be the way to go although I am torn between that and bilt Humber double speed.

On black for me it's either obsession wax phantom or evolution

Both are in my opinion easier to use than fk and will offer the finish you require

In terms of number of applications per £, then you'll be hard pushed to beat FK1000P as you get a good sized tin for £20.

Use BSD as a drying aid and you can;t go far wrong to be honest
