My Clio 182 Trophy

Well, as of last friday I'm no longer in work, so I thought I'd spend my spare time sorting out my Clio between applying for jobs!

I had put OCD Rock Shock Sealant on maybe 2 months ago, regularly topped with whichever QD spray I grab hold of. I started today with a normal snowfoam, 2bm and dry. I also had a bit of a go at the door shuts and clayed the glass.

Here's some before's:

Went for ValetPro APC with various brushes and cloths in the shuts.
Before:

After:

Snowfoam, using AutoBrite MagiFoam. Just coming to the end of my 5l of this so I've got some BH AutoFoam on order.

Removed a good amount of the dirt as this is after rinsing:

Filled up the buckets and used BH AutoWash with a Gtechniq WM2 Wash Mitt. After the second rinse with sun was creeping around the corner:

Dried mostly with an open ended hose, then finished with Bouncers Done & Dusted and an Auto Finesse Aqua Deluxe Drying Towel.
The amount of stone chips on the front of my car really makes me want to cry sometimes!

And who doesn't love Recaro's?

Next on the list is to get the wheels off and get in the arches too, and then some paint correction with the DA. As you can see, there's a lot of imperfection on the wing mirror and that's roughly what the rest of the car's like.

Thanks for taking the time to have a look, comments more than welcome!

Lovely motor, I've got such a soft spot for the clio's.

Sure there's faster cars out there but do they put a smile on your face when your tripod'in.

Cheers

Love these little clios. I had a 182 with the cup chassis and i still say that it was one of the best cars i've had to date. Yours looks like a great example of the best version of a great hot hatch
