Karcher HD 6/13C Plus

I have had one of these for 5 years and been faultless. Recently it has started to not produce full pressure and pulses....is there a need to have it serviced ? Is the issue solvable myself ?
Any links or advice welcome

is there some kind of inlet filter on it? pulsing on Karchers in my experience is low feed pressure caused by a few things

The previous 3 karchers I had all had small cone shaped inlet strainers which blocked up regular, until I put a filter on the house outlet at least, those get blocked with scale and sediment and will reduce flow, resulting in reduced pressure and pulsing.
I've just serviced my nilfisk after it started pulsing, and the strainer was very clean compared to the karchers, found out it was a problem with the hose which has stopped the infrequent pulsing, for now
It could be other things such as a pressure sensor, but strainers and seals on the gun/hose are a good place to start
Hope this helps!
