Hi, I'm interested in purchasing a G220 or DAS-6. They appear to be much of a muchness apart from the DAS-6 is slightly cheaper.

My question is, what polish etc is suitable for my VW Bora (metallic) with what looks like lots of car wash scratches? It seems quite soft and easy to scratch so I was a litttle dubious of trying anything too aggressive (I am a novice).

Would Menzerna be a sensible choice????

Menzerna sample kit and sonus pads pal would be my choice, I used a similar kit on A VW golf, generally the paint is diamond hard. As with anything though always try the least aggressive combo first and work up.

As above Sonus and Menzerna kit would be my choice. Once you come to polish it you'll see it's actually quite tough.

Ok, well that seems to be the route to go down. Suppose you never really know until you've tried something.

Off to Tims website I reckon!!
