I buggered up an order because of a **** up with PayPal, luckily Tim didn't come here and moan about me. We sorted it with emails If half the companies in this country were run with as much dedication and care as CYC then the UK would be a much better place.

Well said! I'm quite often running out of stuff and forgetting, and running a business, I can't afford to be messed about with ordering stuff. I know for a fact I can order from Tim, and will have it the next day. It's very very rare to get service like that.

Tim's service has always been totally spot on for me too, far and away the best of the online retailers I've used, and I'm totally confident that if there was a problem with an order of mine he'd resolve it in his usual friendly and efficient manner, as long as he was given the opportunity to!

Not ringing Tim before shouting about it online isn't exactly fair dude,

I have used Tim/Sarah for a fair while now and had no problems, but i did on my last order and rang Tim as soon as i received the order he sorted me out on he phone.

CYC are the best delivery I have ever had online to this date others seem sluggish in comparison , Top stuff

Trouble is, once an order leaves a trader, it's kinda out of their hands once the courier company takes it over. No point in ranting at the trader over a late delivery, rant at parcelforce/courier company.
