Yes, some of the citrus degreasers, contain orange peel derivates (lemonene) in the product formula, and usualy it has a low alkaline value, for example, the Valetpro Orange Pre Wash has a PH of 9,5.

The Meguiars super degreaser contains detergents, and has a high PH level of 13,5 (strong stuff).

But beware of some "citrus degreasers", because the true citrus degreaser contains orange peel derivates, while some will only add a citrus fragance and call it citrus cleaner or citrus shampoo.

I always check the msds of the products

Bilt Hamber Surfex is a water based degreaser which is very effective.

ok so what about something like Chemical Guys Strong Wash (bug bugger)?

would that be classed as a degreaser? i was intending to try this and VP Orange Pre Wash through the foam lance.

anyone got experience of these 2 products?
