Wo Wo WO-WO is the result of two brothers’ enthusiasm for cars that goes deeper than driving. We love keeping them looking good and that means washing, polishing and protecting because we know how good it feels to stand back and admire a deep glossy finish. In our search for the best products to make our cars look great we decided the only thing to do was create our own range of detailing products for people who care as much as we do about their cars, vans and bikes. We've created a specialist range of detailing products that we think will make a real difference to the finish of your pride and joy. We've tested them with fellow enthusiasts and only the best got through to our final selection.

foam pad

Hi, not sure if ive done something wrong but I bought a pack of 6 foam applicator pads to use in place of the cheap ebay type.

I washed one in with my cloths (40 deg, no conditioner or even shampoo)

Used the washed pad yesterday and it seems to have split. Both internally (the front and back faces have come away leaving a big empty hole in the middle that just fills with product) but also its started to tear on the edges. Its still intact but has a void in centre.

They arent expensive but I thought id invest in proper pads. Have I done something wrong, is the pad defective or is it meant to separate.

Thats strange, iv put mine through numerous washes and not had this issue. Could be a dodgy batch? Did you use non bio with no fabric softeners?

Hopefully someone from wowo's will be along to help. Iv had 1 split on me but thats because i was using it for the tyres for a while now and its a bit battered but all other ones i have used for normal duties are still fine.

I nearly bought some from the stand at Waxstock yesterday and noticed the ones there seemed to not be joined between the front and rear faces. Not sure if that's intentional or not?

Hi OP

I suspect it may just be a one off by the sounds of it.

If you email in for my attention I'll arrange for a replacement to sent out.

Thanks

Neil

Hi, don't worry. they aren't exactly expensive!. It was more to see if there was something wrong with mine or whether they are meant to split internally. (as it didn't start off split until I washed it)

But you've answered the question. thank you.

No problem.

The pad is constructed in two halves so that would be a 'cavity' in between the two layers.

We generally recommend that you just rinse them out in hot water.

Let me know when you place your next order and I'll throw one in.

Thanks

Neil
