The Suggestions Box

We are interested to hear any suggestions you guys might have for Auto Finesse, from what new products you think we should do, to the way we deal with enquiries or answer the phone. We want to focus our products around the people who use them, so if you have anything you would like to see us do, or do better, we are open to suggestions both good, bad or indifferent.

Post them up here and we will see what we can do.

That's fair enough, and the type of thing we are after if I'm honest.

Some of it is just your personal preference (like the labels) but you have to understand we have to create a "brand" and an identity, and we know it won't be everyone's preference.

1L and 5L of some products is in the pipeline, some people have already asked and been supplied with them

We are not in a place to say our product is better then another's, we think they are but what means more is when others use the products and think it's better than what they are currently using or have used.

But trust me, we would not even bother bringing a product out if we did not think it was not an improvement on whats currently on the market.

Do you do a tyre shine James?

I don't think you could improve on the customer service. I've never come across a company who are so quick to reply and so polite and helpful and that's not just detailing companies, it's dealing with companies in every day life.

I think Autofinesse might be too kind to be honest. Sending out 5 free samples including free postage just for a runner up prize. You'll all be working til you are 80 doing that

sarahann, AF Gloss is the tyre dressing.

i think you could be better by giving me more free stuff james (competition prizes came yesterday.. thanks)

the 1L and 5L is a good idea that your bringing in as a lot of people prefer bulk(me not included as i switch products too often lol)

you could add tough coat to the products section of your website.. its not in there..

oh and i think sarah ann wants 25L drum of tough coat

A decent trim sealant/coating (interior and exterior), certainly bigger sizes for Crystal

And maybe as I have far to many waxes but sample sizes of each wax

But other than that keep up the good work

+1 for sample size pots of the wax.............but at least the same size as dodo sample pots as some other sample pots aren't big enough to get into/use
