Epoxy mastic over Electrox

The "How to Use" section states

Over coating can be carried out once film is hard dried – but high solvency top coats should be applied after 24 hrs

Then the PDF says

Over coating can be carried out once film is hard dried as described above – but high solvency top coats should only be
applied after 96 hrs

I'm guessing a formula change may have occurred.

For Epoxy Mastic over Electrox, do I need to wait, 3 hours, 24 hours or 96 hours?

I.would wait 4 days so that the film has fully dried, granted you can keep temperatures around 15C and not too much humidity.
