Yes i agree that's usually the problem or its the o ring is damaged, My C120 did after a couple of years I pulled it to bits and found the O ring damaged, nilfisk want £7 for a poxy little o ring its a custom size so even though i have hundreds if o rings i could not find one the right size.
Then my new E140 started doing it so i took it to a nilfisk repair center they diagnosed it as dirty valve so they cleaned it. Been fine since

Mine did this on a c120, and was a simple fix. By the O ring kit and replace them all, from where the hose connects to the machine, and all of them on the pressure hoses into the gun.

Another problem is the o rings on all the hose connections. If there is a slight weep in any of the connections there will be a low drop in pressure meaning the machine will regular prime to maintain the pressure.

Is only a few pound to try and worth a try.

Do a google search on this problem and many people get this with a Nilfisk, not really any solutions.
The reason it's doing this because it's losing pressure, usually because of a leak somewhere. The most common culprit is the O ring on the hose end that connects to the gun. Mine (also a C120.3) did this and it was an easy fix that sorted the issue out completely. If this isn't the problem then as others have said it's probably one of the other O rings so just buy the kit and start replacing them all.

Good evening all. I have a very old karcher (17 years approx) K650m.

Purchased a snow foam gun from in2detailing. I’ve only just used the foam gun for the first time last weekend and it was causing the pw to pulsate and spit the foam out. Removing the foam gun and replacing the lance every thing works fine. I’ve tried the various settings on the foam gun without success. Any suggestions why this could be or can the foam gun be faulty?

Thanks.
