Bears Glacier Snowfoam review

Managed to try out Bears Glacier Snowfoam this afternoon, so thought Iíd do a quick review to add to the other reviews Iíve done.

Same bottle as their shampoos and wheel cleaner, feels nice with a nice label and simple instructions.

Instructions say to use 50 to 100ml in your lance - dropped Ash a message about recommended quantity for a Karcher K4 and 1L bottle - got a quick reply with detailed explanation and Ash recommended for my set up 50ml.
Great to be able to ask a question and get a quick reply with useful information

So, measured out 50ml - smells very nice, maybe bubble gum aroma ? Nice thick, but not gloopy fluid which was easy to pour.

Filled up lance bottle - was distracted and made slight error as thought Iíd filled it, but as I started to use it, realised it was about 3/4 full, but carried on anyway, (think quick calculations make that approx 75ml product to full 1L).

Nice to spray on, slight adjustment to gun and got better coverage, clings well - I would say better than my current foam - isnít / wasnít a thick shaving foam, more like a very thick cream. So think Iíll carry on with 75ml product to 1L.

Clinging well

And you got a very pleasant aroma around the car. Left to do its work / dwell for about 5 minutes and pressure washed off - even as I was rinsing, it was clinging well to the bodywork. Came off well and I could see it appeared to have removed quite a lot of grime that was on the car.

So, had it removed anything or ???Didnít do any technical wipe / finger swipe (cos I forgot ), but when washing the car I could definitely feel a significant improvement - there was no drag / resistance when washing it - best way I can describe it, is kind of felt like Iíd already washed the car and then was just going over that section again before I rinsed, so yes from me, very impressed and better than my current foam.

Would like to see it available as 5L at a good price - currently only 500ml and 1L.

Used Bears Luminous shampoo again and am really liking it, so nice to use and wifeís car really does appear to respond well to it.

Thanks for reading

Nice review! Used the snowfoam and luminous on the wife’s car this afternoon as well!
Agree about reducing the snowfoam to 50ml..I used 80! Cleaned nicely but It did hang around on the floor quite a bit for me so maybe with 50ml it’ll help?
The shampoo was excellent..nice aroma and plenty of suds..it felt very slick!

Great review Andy, is your current snow foam BH Autofoam, blink once for yes, twice for no and is the car coated with anything?

I currently have to use 200ml of foam to get the manufacturers 4% requirement, if this stuff works then that could be a significant saving depending on the cost per litre.

What would you say it smelt off?

Great work mate

Cheers mate, appreciated

Car has the remnants of some AA tough seal on it, so has some coating, but is due to have new coat of something over next month. I do think having used the Glacier and Luminous shampoo (which is wax infused) it does seem to be really glossy.

Smell wise - think it's bubble gum, but not 100% sure as trying to shift a cold...

Wife's very happy with how her cars looking, so thats all that matters really

I know Ash has started to supply some products in 1L - which I think Glacier is one of them

Great Review Andy! Looks like it has a cling to it.

I will be running out of BH Autofoam soon and might give this a try.
