Thanks for this- just used lather, tripple, black hole and temptation in my shoei! Sadly Im now treating the black visor to gtechniq g2......I'll never use it as rain scares me.

you sure it wasn't g1 or g5? g2 is the residue remover sold with g1

Nice Helmet, cant beat Arai!

How weird I just finished detailing my helmet with Carpro Reload.

I'm glad it's not just me who does this. My black xr 1000 is normally filthy though as I am not scared of rain. Only sub zero icy weather stops the commute.

I can't help but wonder though, red bike, red on the leathers and a blue helmet? It has to match hasn't it? Though an aria is a costly item to just change for the colour.

One of these model helmets saved my life 6 years ago after landing a 75mph high side on the chin guard. A few broken teeth and a misaligned jaw was the only head injury.

Unfortunately I broke a lot of other bones resulting in a 15 week stay in hospital

Why any motorcyclist would use any other make of helmet is beyond me

Great detail btw

That is just the race bike I used and the leathers came with at the time, my daily is a 08 blue/white/gold R1

Cheers Bristle H, owned a few Arai's I find them the best fit for me and one that I will stick to in years to come
