2 x tyres booked for Thursday and PDR guy booked for Friday AM. The PDR guy is one of the best in the North west. I have twice seen first hand what this guy can do. Ill take some pics to upload here.

New bits ...

Chrome wheel bolt caps ...

New Clips for the fuel filter piping...

Had a couple of quotes to refurbish the alloys. one at £265 and one at an eye watering £380

Im not prepared to spend that kind of cash on a set of rims im not entirely in love with

So, ill be doing them myself. A trip to Halfords

Two of the rims are pretty poor and two have minor scuffage.

Yuck ....

PDR guy called this morning ...

This is what we started with ... two dents.. the smaller one towards the front looked like your typical car park dent where someone had opened a door into it. The second one was three times bigger with a horizontal crease at the bottom. it was very noticeable from any angle. PDR man (simon) said it looked like a shopping trolley onto door type dent...

Simon gets to work....

And after... A huge improvement id say 95 percent sorted...

A bit of a bodge job though. Have them refurbed inside and out then find a proficient fitter who can fit a tyre with care.

Time to crack out the wet and dry then
I don't know where you're going but thats just insane for a refurb of two rims.

You can always box them up and send them down to a place that does powder coating. Should cost half of that at the absolute worst case scenario.
