Talking New Products Alert

This year we have been super busy at Britemax HQ finalising our new range of ceramic car care products, which we are now ready to start releasing.

Amethyst Quartz (7H) Ceramic Coating
Our entry level ceramic coating (7H) is a clear nano crystalline coating that protects your vehicle from harsh weather conditions, chemical and UV rays whilst repelling water, dirt and other contaminants. Designed to be used on top of clear coats, gel coats, plastics, vinyl, rubber, metal, chrome and glass. Can also be used over paint chip film to help prevent discolouring. Amethyst Quartz features a much higher flash point (112 -119 F / 44 – 48 C) than our Igneous Quartz coating making application easier to handle for the first-time enthusiast. Durability 2-3 years, available in 50ml bottle size only. Supplied with a Britemax branded red / black foam applicator block and 5 black suede cloths.

Igneous Quartz (9H) Ceramic Coating
Our professional grade ultra-hard (9H) ceramic coating is a clear nano crystalline coating that protects your vehicle from harsh weather conditions, chemical and UV rays whilst repelling water, dirt and other contaminants. Designed to be used on top of clear coats, gel coats, plastics, vinyl, rubber, metal, chrome and glass. Can also be used over paint chip film to help prevent discolouring. Supplied with a Britemax branded red / black foam applicator block and 5 black suede cloths. Igneous Quartz features a lower flash point (108 – 113 F (42 – 45 C) than our Amethyst Quartz coating and is recommended for experienced / professional users only as curing times are reduced. Durability 3–4 years, available in 50ml bottle size only.

Obsidian Quartz (4H) Ceramic Trim Restorer
Obsidian Quartz is our new dedicated trim coating that not only darkens and keeps your trim looking new leaving a lovely satin, semi-gloss appearance but also protects against harsh weather conditions and UV rays whilst repelling water, dirt and other contaminants for 12 months plus. Available in a 50ml bottle size only. Supplied with a Britemax branded red / black foam applicator block and 5 black suede cloths.

Virtue Si02 High Gloss Primer Polish
Virtue is our brand-new silica primer finishing polish designed to leave painted surfaces with a high gloss finish, ready to be sealed. Featuring a blend of durable resins that produce unparalleled levels of gloss and nano-tech quartz technology. Virtue contains fine abrasives manufactured to remove light swirls and scratches, whilst leaving behind semi-permeant fillers to create the perfect finish and can be used as a preparation primer polish for use under both our consumer grade Extreme Elements 2.0 as well as our professional grade ceramic coatings. Available in 473ml (16oz) bottles and 3.78 Litre (US 1 GAL) sizes.

Remax Si02 Hydrophobic Spray Sealant
Remax features the durability and glass like gloss of a ceramic coating in an easy to use spray & wipe formulation. More than just a spray wax, Remax is manufactured with ceramic silica technology that leaves your surfaces smooth and glassy. Easy to use on all surfaces, Remax leaves paint, chrome, plastics and glass extremely hydrophobic for up to 6 months. Remax can be used as a standalone product or as an enhancer to a previously applied ceramic coating. Available in 709ml (24oz) spray bottles and 3.78 Litre (US 1 GAL) containers.

Extreme Elements 2.0 Ultra Hard Resin Polymer Sealant
In common with all the best manufacturers we are continually updating and perfecting our products. We wanted to see if we could improve on the durability of Extreme Elements. We started off by introducing more resin which had the desired effect but made the product almost impossible to use and apply. So, we basically started again from scratch solving the chemical incompatibility which was causing the difficult application. The result is our ‘all new’ formulation which now contains 7 time the amount of resin! In our initial testing, this new formula proved to be one of the closest products to rival the protection of a ceramic coating delivered in an easy to use crème base product. We applied it to a test vehicle which is driven daily mid-February and it’s still holding up nicely. As the improvements are so great we had to update the name and packaging … and ‘Extreme Elements 2.0’ was born! Available in 473ml (16oz) and 3.78 Litre (US 1 GAL) sizes. The new product does unfortunately cost more to produce and this is reflected in the price.

Quartz Ceramics are available this week, Virtue, Remax and Extreme Elements 2.0 will be available week commencing 25th September.

Thanks
Matt

Nothing planned as yet ... but leave it with me.

Once Virtue and Remax have arrived (currently at sea) we do plan to offer a complete kit, perhaps we will discount this for a short period of time as the intro offer?

Matt

So just to get the process in my tiny brain.....

If the paint is not at its best you can use Virtue to fill any imperfections, then without using panel wipe go straight to amethyst ?

Basically yes, as long as the car has been washed, degreased and clayed with our iron remover you can then polish with Virtue. If happy with the results, wait approx. 1 hour and go straight to applying the coating.

If you need to use a heavier compound first, I would recommend a panel wipe before polishing with Virtue, then wait 1 hour and apply.

Yes you can use Remax just like a QD, we've not actually tested it on waxes but as long as the wax is fully cured, then I don't foresee any issues at all.

Safe to use on plastics and rubbers.
