Thumbs up to Karcher

I have a K2 pressure washer, perhaps a little over a year old, and it developed a small issue. Having got in touch with Karcher, they have been nothing but patient and brilliant in resolving it. Which is reassuring, given the amount of bright yellow kit I have in the workshop.

Just thought I'd put it out there and give quite public praise in a relevant forum...

I agree good service firm them. Mine packed up a while ago, contacted Karcher and a replacement was sent out.

I've always had Karchers and never had a problem with their customer service. Not surprised to read about on this thread.

Me too. First K2 packed in. They asked for the faulty unit to be sent to them FOC, unit only, no hoses or lances. A full replacement arrived shortly after. That also packed in about a year later. This time they arranged the courier to collect at the same time as dropping the new one without even checking for a fault. Again. Only wanted the unit, no hoses or lances etc. I've since upgraded to a K4. But have loads of spare lances haha. I've kept the K2 incase this K4 develops a fault for a backup. I got nothing but great customer service

My Vario lance sort of packed up not long back, put it on and more water came outta the 'joint' than the end....put the spare on, same result. Put the one on that’s of no use nor ornament (the one that puts out water in a circular fashion and is rubbish when used for cleaning a car) and that works fine....no leaks at all! So really, could it be the gun itself? I’ll get round to replacing it when there’s more use for the washer as I don’t want to use it much this time of year in case it holds on to some water and freezes up in the shed!
