bird sh!!

is there any product to help remove bird crap splatters ,normally we use a soft damp tissue or if its hard let it soak with warm water on the tissue.
Ideally it would be nice to wash that section of the car but that i not practical at all.
Just wondeeing how other menbers tackle this problem ,is there anything to spray on the crap or help remove without paintwork damage?
