Awesome race on the senior, a few retirement along the way, a new lap record with a 134.456mph!! then another of 134.918mph!!! the top riders was tight anything from less than a second to 8 seconds apart. pitstops have been a make or break situation and given some advantages away!!! one wrong gear change or wide on a corner has made a difference, came down to the final lap. brilliant race and congrats to Peter Hickman you could not get any closer to a finish Dean put up a massive fight right until the end it was a very well deserved win. Lap record has now gone over 135.452mph!!!! incredible racing

All the TT races this year has got to be some of the best and enjoyable TT to watch in years well worth it.

Just Wow! Mickey D did say it would take a 135mph lap to win the Senior this year and so pleased with the winner, well deserved.

135.4mph average is just insane!!!

It’s been a few years since the weather has been so good for the entire week and what a difference it’s made to the racing this year. Hats off to anyone capable of handling a superbike around the TT course at anything close to those speeds. I’m looking forward to the highlights tonight, it must have been some race.

It has been a TT to remember this year, mostly for good reasons but also for the two sad events of Dan Kneen and Adam Lyon.
The racing though has been spectacular with records being broken in every class, fantastic races right up until the last lap and new winners emerging. Best TT for some time for me

It was really nice to see new faces on the podium over the last week and no one really dominated the whole TT (like when Hutchinson got every race couple of years back!!)

What a race, unlucky for one rider with back markers but thats racing.
Seems like at least 7 people fell off during the race, one minor iniuries the rest all ok so thankfully not as bad as it could have been

135 !!! I was there in the 80's and 90's and remember Hizzy doing the first 120.
Everyone was astonished by that then and it makes me wonder how far they can push the limit.
One of these years I will get myself back there as its one of the things me and mrs holdi haven't shared.

I can’t get over how Hutchy dare chance his recovery by riding this year, have you seen him hobbling to his bike.....nerves of steel.

Did you read the article on his recovery process from when his leg was first smashed at Silverstone to when he was fit enough to ride the TT. Only to fall off and break it again on his return!
He's lucky to have a specialist surgeon who could save it because he was close to having it amputated
