open a Paypal dispute and detail the issues an lack of response. You will get a refund.

Something bugs me about this. Maybe a little over 70 days on DW. Matt couldn't be more helpful at first and I'm guessing had some teething problems when first setting up. Where I noticed the change is the complete lack of regard for orders that were wrong, lost or damaged. No more Matt everything finished with a uninspiring "Regards Amanda" Think the totally wrong person maybe now in charge of customers ultimate experience. If it does go all wrong it won't be the first or the last company that's gone this way. Hope you recieve you're recompense Todds.

Hi Tony, I have also sent you this as a message, the Tapatalk app is a bit hit and miss with loading for me tonight, so I've posted here too.

Firstly I would like to massively apologise for the inconvenience caused. As you are aware we moved premises which did put us behind with orders but we got back on top of things. You have been dealing with my wife Amanda who is very late on in pregnancy and had stepped back from the general day to day running and where I've been unwell over the last few weeks we left the day to day running of the business to our business partner and had no idea it had come to this with one or two orders have not been completed for some reason. As you'd probably notice from our social media channels there has been minimal activity due to our business partner solely just dealing with new orders only. I will personally call you tomorrow and rectify this issue and make sure your outstanding items are posted to you along with one 500ml product of our entire range as a way of apology and hopefully that can put things right. We also run a successful used car dealership and I put customer service at the forefront of my businesses and I'm both devastated and humiliated to find out what has happened with your order and I know I have lost a customer who has placed numerous orders with us previously.

I have now stepped forward to take over the reigns to ensure the brand is put back where it was and needs to be.

Once again I wholeheartedly apologise for the extremely poor service you have received with missing items. I was only made aware of this situation this evening due to distancing myself from the front of the brand.

What would be a good time to call you tomorrow? Morning, afternoon or evening I'm available.
