Leather & vinyl

I've spotted a couple of combined leather and vinyl care products (3M & Chemical Guys). Can a product that purports to clean/protect/restore such different surfaces really work safely and effectively?

Not in my opinion
Probably won't do any harm but on such different surfaces require very different products to get the best results.
Cheers
