Trying To Remember A Company - Begins With M?

Trying to remember a company that does chemicals, not a re-seller.

Begins with an M, not Mothers, Malco.

Used to be on here, but since can't remember name can't use the search function.

Think based in Leeds or Maybe Scotland, might be a German or Swiss HQ (So not swissvax).

Mainly because looking for 5L of ph neutral wheel cleaner and think maybe they did one.
