We used to wrap these around a 2p coin and throw them. Went off like a bloody bomb. Lol.

We used to buy small pastic rockets with a sprung metal tip, fit a cap below the tip and throw it into the air.

Good bang when it landed.

Probably get arrested if I did it now for causing explosions!

What fun I had in the 70s with cap guns and rockets!
Funny how in all my childhood memories the sun was shining and the summers were hot and lasted forever.
