Best maintenance wash shampoo?

Sorry for my ignorance and also apologise as I know this thread will probably have been done before but can't find it in the search! Just venturing into the world of detailing and wondering which is the best "maintenance wash" shampoo to use that will help to prolong the wax that I've used? and which is the best shampoo to use when stripping everything back to the clear coat to layer it up again?

Personally I like the autoglym body shop conditioner. Not overly suddsy but if you drop some in the bucket and some on your mitt, it's very smooth. Can also pick up 2.5l for £15 which isn't too bad for a tried and tested branded product.
