Car wax advice

Hi all, just got my car back (bmw 320d 2014) from the repair centre following a collision where a door panel was replaced and re-painted. I spoke with the garage who said it was completely safe to polish and wax the car but also heard a 60 day curing period should be adhered too? Any advice please. Thank you

I left mine 90 days but understand it’s OK to do straight away if it’s heat cured

My car is currently having some painting done too, I was actually thinking of leaving it 12 weeks before waxing which was freaking me out a little lol so hopefully they will heat cure mine too!

Ask them if in doubt. Most likely will be heat cured. Will have a rare weekend off this week so going to give it a proper detail and polish and wax!
