Nice car buddy. I have just brought a megane 265 cheap as it needs a cambelt and ball joint. Which I will be doing one weekend. I was going to buy your one but miss out on it. Nice to see it’s gone to someone on here.

How spooky! I think the guy put it on Autotrader on the Sunday and I called him the next day to let him know of my interest. The plan was to go down on the following Saturday to look at it but I was worried it would be gone by then so went during the week after work.

Aren't the ball joints a pain in the to do on these cars because of the perfohub suspension? Cambelt has got another 4 years on this one thankfully! The receipt for the cambelt plus full service did not leave a lot of change from 1k!

Thank you! Yeah once upon a time I dud use to do that but tbh I got fed up with having to edit each photo and I normally end up changing the plates very soon after purchasing

One thing I hate on the meganes is you can't lift the wipers up as they hit the bonnet on the arms. Pain in the butt when your applying glass sealants.

Do they not have a replacement / park mode. I know on my BM I have to lift the wiper control to top for a second or so once switched off and they sweep and stop half way up screen.

Next doors Juke - think he does a quick tap to get them to park up the screen...

Hopefully someone will be along to say

I am honestly not sure. Don't even think I have had to use the wipers yet will take a look next time I am outside!

Thank you! I did fit some LED side lights last night although didn't take any before photos. Hoping they will match the xenons fairly well. Can't look any worse than the halogen side lights I guess!

Next thing added to the list, chrome/silver indicator bulbs for the fronts!

You push the wiper stalk all the way down when the engine is off. This puts the wipers vertical so you can lift them off the windscreen.

I have a Clio RS200 and I've found the wipers to be royal pain when you want them off the screen.

Will try this thanks!!
