Great project but change the number plates and rusty securing screws. Spoils it.

Screws maybe, but plates are going nowhere, they're the original dealer ones

Need to take some photos, but I got the final curtains fitted this weekend

Whilst having a dig around I also noticed a smell of gas, so I thought I'd renew a few fittings.

A few had been visibly leaking, and the old black hose was marked 1991, so I took the time to renew them.

I've also ordered a few more bits to generally improve the mechanical/chassis side of things, which should be here in the next week or so.

Treated the van to some Powerflex bushes for the steering rack mount. This is apparently a 'must do' mod for these as the old ones tend to let the rack move and create 'shimmy' Will probably take to Garage 87 and get Chris to fit them, I imagine the old ones could be interesting to remove.

You're making great progress, its going to be a massively rejuvenated van by spring time.

Finally got round to doing a really small job I've been meaning to for ages, fit a door lock rod(my drivers side was missing).

Done.

Small job but satisfying lol I put the Door Card back on properly after, don't worry.
