Panel wipe is ideal for a pre coating wipe down. Available from loads of motor factors (e.g Eurocarparts)

What Dazza says!
If it was just a wax or sealant I would say IPA is fine but with a coating it’s just not worth taking the risk so panal wipe. About £20 ish.

My Go-To sprays before a coating are ether Gyeon Prep or the Carbon Collective one (I've forgotten it's name)

Both damn fine prep sprays

Here's a recent thread

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=400413

There's a few of the more experienced members bought or use this so thats what I'm going for when my current panel wipe is finished. Gotta be worth a try for £14 odd......

This is what you need mine arrived today and at £14 for 5 litres it's a bargain

When you said polish you didn't say either by machine or have you just used a glaze of some type

Must have ordered it around the same time as you as mine arrived today also.

I have been using diluted IPA or BH cleanser fluid as a base prep but this looks like a better deal for the money to degrease the surface.
