Nilfisk O Ring Service Kit

My E140 pressure washer doesn't seem to be putting out as much pressure as it used to. It also pulses by itself when I am not using it.

Yesterday also I had forgotten to turn it off and the motor was running by itself for some reason! Is this a switch related issue or could it be something that the washer kit my resolve? If its switch related will it need a new one or does the old one need maintenance on it?

I did receive the washer service kit on the weekend and replaced the green washer that is at the end of the Nilfisk hose which was green originally and this didn't change how the machine behaved.

I've got several washers in the kit however looking at the pictures in the ebay ad its not obvious to me where they all go. Where it has pictures with arrows I've checked the parts and some of the end pieces don't seem to have any old washers in them for me to replace. Is there a guide anywhere on each replaceable washer?

Thanks mate. Did you do it yourself or send it off for someone to replace. I can't find a link to the 3 parts for sale.

I did it myself, was very easy. Just take photos as you go along. The screws are torx. I can't remember what number though.

I'm pretty sure I bought them off nilfisk themself, the spares department.

I've done mine too, same issues as yours.... I cleaned out the strainer that's inside the inlet pipe, replaced the microswitch, pressure valve and the capacitor..... Although that probably won't need changing on yours

I got my parts from spares giant, total cost was around 30 quid, plus I upgraded the hose to rubber, its made a big difference and it's like new again
