Are you trying to use your shampoo as a snow Foam?

No buddy just thinking after snow foam and rinse then spray shampoo mixture on then use mitt. Might be pointless but just seemed a good idea to try.

I'd be tempted to have a go, but would probably use a cheaper shampoo to trial it out, as UHD is quite expensive and very good shampoo

Never bothered doing this with mine, neighbour has popped some BH auto foam in his and applied it to his car this way and worked well, so I suppose in theory you could...

Makes sense I guess. From what I’ve seen of it int he bottle it is quite a concentrated mixture. I was thinking of diluting it in a bottle then running it through the detergent pipe. We will see.

Hi,I have tried using it in my foam lance, with mixed results.I used about 40ml/500ml of water. The mixture does not act like a snow foam, rather like a soapy lather. You can still use your mitt to spread the lather.Use the search button and you should find a related thread using UHD shampoo.Hope this helps Andy.

Hi - I use the method all the time to dispense shampoo through my pressure washer ( I’m currently using a Kranzle but have previously had Karcher)
I use with all my favourite shampoos - BH, Dodo Juice and Anglewax.
Most pressure washers dose the detergent at around 4% through the low pressure detergent pick-up hose. So, you have to work out the dilution of your chosen shampoo so that it doses at the required strength. I notice that autoglym recommend using UHD at 4 capfuls per 10 litres. If the cap is say, 10ml this equates to 0.4%. So to get this through your pressure washer you will need to make up a 10% solution of UHD ( 0.4 x 100/4). I usually keep the solution in a spare 5 Ltr container and just stick the detergent pipe into this - works a treat!!
