is it an abrasive compound you're wanting for hand application?

if so then try Megs UC

Best to ask what you need it for - ie what defects are you trying to remove?

If I was looking for something to do spot defect removal by hand I would be thinking of something like Scholl S3 XXL, purely because I like the other polishes I've tried from them. Plenty of other manufacturers also have capable products in this area of course.

If those marks are removable (hard to tell from a picture) then Megiuars Ultimate Compound will do the job. Halfords sell it for about £11

If a lot of that is paint transfer then Meguairs will do but on looking at the pictures it looks like you might need a respray bud, as the edges are very thin and you could go through your clear. Tidy it up and then access the damage again.

Maybe try a paint cleaner if you have access to one
Should help tidy it all up, remove some paint transfer and then see what's what.

Can you feel the scuffs with your finger nail.
Would probably help to assess if on an area like that it's RDS or UDS
