Headlight Refurb 1st Attempt
Afternoon all.
I had a go at doing my yellowing cloudy lights today and this is the result. ![]() ![]() Massive improvement over this ![]() however there are areas where its still a bit iffy really and was just wondering If they can be made better? I used 1500>2000>3000 wet'n'dry then polished with some G3 using a wool pad on my cordless 18v drill. Any tips to get rid of the remaining problem areas? I was maybe thinking doing 800 sand before the 1500. Thoughts? Ta. |

![]() You need to finish with a polish after using a compound and wool pad then ensure you apply some protection to your lens. |

I know you've already made an attempt at it and it's looking good but I wasn't sure if this video would be of any use to you in terms of finishing the job.
