I have ironx for wheels, is that a fallout remover? I know it can be used on paint too. No tardis yet but it's on the list.

I did think about getting the garage to not prep it but I'm not sure when I'm going to get chance to do all this because I'm tied by the weather, no big garage to work in unfortunately so I'm going to collect the car as normal and go from there. My plan is:

Snow foam

Wash/dry

Iron x

Tardis (or is this better before ironx)

Rinse

Clay mitt

Polish

Clean polish off (ipa I think?)

Sealant

Does that look good?

Couple of questions, I have bilt hamber auto balm and optiseal sealants. I previously used BH on paint and Optiseal on wheels. Is one better than the other, should I just use one for the whole lot?
if you haven't got a tar and glue remover then pop into Halfords and grab AG tar remover just to remove any protective glue residue . After your clay mitt use then either give it a quick snow foam again just to remove any clay lube (if using water don't bother) or give your panels a quick wipe with some panel wipe before you start any light machining which if you let them prep it then you will probably find lots of marring and swirls

Take a step back why do you want to polish a new car? Have you seen any defects?

Do not waste any money now on DA, Tardis, Polish.

buy only car shampoo, wash mitt for starters.

go to supermarket pick up a free bag that you put the fruit.

Use it as a glove and go through the car after you wash.

If it feels smooth apply sealant.
If does not usa clay miit with some detailer.

Then apply sealant.
